We run a regular @ Your Service Hour were we make ourselves available to help with questions, talk pricing, make requests, provide feedback, get ideas and anything else that you need to discuss with us. Questions and request that take less than fifteen minutes to solve are free of charge, anything that takes longer has a minimum charge of NZD$15. Quotes are obviously provided free of charge. You can write to atyourservicehour@gmail.com at any time and expect a response (albeit an initial one) at the time of the next @ Your Service Hour.

Dedicated Hours

All times are in New Zealand Standard Time (click on the hour of interest to get your local time for this service hour). All service hours go on for one hour.

• A genuine emergency is when a website is down OR is unworkable OR contains significant incorrect information that you are unable to change yourself.
• usually a website down can be restored by contacting your hosting company and asking them to restart the server
• in the first instance, email atyourservicehour @ gmail.com, you will get a response with some contact phone numbers that you can use in case this is a general emergency
• all emergency request that are not directly our fault will incur a minimum charge of NZD$90
