Our projects

On a project basis, we deliver strategy and planning (what are your goals and how can we achieve them), web design, website building,  and content development.

Projects have a fixed cost, scope, and timeline. If these are not evident at the start of the project then a part of the project could be defining the fixed cost, scope, and timeline.  

This is valuable work as it reduces risks for all involved and improves the quality of the project as a whole. 

Fixed Price Option

If the deliverables are clear enough we can offer you a fixed price to deliver a project.

At times, we will recommend breaking up a project into two (or more) parts. For example, a first part to work out the best solution; with a recommendation and costing as deliverable; and then a second phase to deliver the solution.

This first part is valuable in its own right, because it means that phase two delivers work that is much closer aligned to your needs and expectations, with reduced risks and potentially also reduced cost. It also means that you can stop after the first part, if you find that the costs or outcomes are not inline with what you need. 

Projects can also run on a basis of time and materials (we charge for every hour worked) without a fixed price or a fixed outcome. To give you more control, the cost can be capped - e.g. up to a maximum of 10 hours.  

An hourly rate is the only option if there are no clear deliverables and timelines we can agree on.  Our hourly rate is subject to change so please ask us for our current rate at the start of each project.
