We help you figure out what you really need and then deliver — on-time and to budget

Our projects

On a project basis, we deliver end-to-end strategy, web design, website building, and content development. Setting aside the actual things we deliver in a project; the "how-to" of the project itself, the project management, is a big part of the value we can add. We have extensive experience in managing digital projects; helping you to avoid common pitfalls.

In essence there are three pricing options:

  1. fixed-cost, fixed-scope, and fixed-timeline
  2. an agile approach of time and materials
  3. a capped pricing structure, where we run it on the basis of time and materials up to a capped amount, allowing you to break up projects into budget rounds

Fixed price option

For a fixed price option, we fix cost, scope, and timeline. If you are keen on this approach, but these parameters aren't clear at the outset, then we usually divide the engagement into two distinct phases:

  • Phase One (Discovery): Defining the specific project scope, timeline, and fixed costs.
  • Phase Two (Implementation): Executing the plan developed in Phase One.

This phased approach significantly reduces risk, ensures the final product is of the highest quality, and meets your expectations. Also, after phase one, if the plan does not meet your expectations or budget restraints we can rescope the project.

Time and materials option

For projects that require maximum flexibility and adaptability, we offer the more agile approach of Time and Materials (T&M). In this model, we charge for the hours worked rather than a fixed outcome.

To provide control over spending, the costs can be capped (e.g., up to a maximum of 10 hours). However, this does not include a guaranteed outcome.

Our hourly rate is subject to periodic review, so please ask us for our current rate when initiating a new T&M project.
